Initial tests indicate the Marshalltown E400 Enforcer will do the texturing work that I expected of it and it appears to be a well designed and manufactured piece of equipment. However, what you really need to know, ahead of time, is that the compressor used to drive it must, at a minimum, deliver 5.0 CFM at 40 PSI.
